High quality is paramount at Tritech Solutions. This is reflected in our products and in how they are applied. We ensure that their high-performance properties are maintained for as long as possible. Therefore, both the production and application of our products are documented in protocols and certificates, and we work in accordance with (inter)national standards. Product safety and safe working conditions are essential in our commitment to quality.
Production and installation under certification
The production and installation of our materials take place under certification (BRL 1153 and BRL 1148). These certificates are issued by independent accredited institutions. Additionally, quality assurance protocols are carried out by accredited laboratories.
In-house laboratory
In order to guarantee quality (and comply with the numerous requirements of legislation and protocols), we have our own laboratory in The Netherlands. We continuously test our raw materials and their interactions here. Also, initially we develop new products here, independently or in partnership with others, so that we can closely monitor the entire process and make necessary adjustments when needed.
Fixed and mobile batch mixers
Another crucial element in assuring our ambitious quality level is our batch-wise mixing process for the production of Trisoplast. Compared to commonly used continuous mixers, our mixers offer the advantage of closely monitoring and controlling quality. Trisoplast is discharged and ready for use only when the correct amount of raw materials has been added, and the right mixing time has been applied. This is crucial because we must ensure that the small amount of polymer is added in the correct dosage. Quality before speed!
